The Rockstar of the Quarter is awarded to an employee that truly exemplifies Magnet 360′s core values. Nominated by peers and clients, this Rockstar receives a coveted Magnet 360 Gold Record for the quarter, and is treated to dinner and a rock concert of their choice.

This quarter, Tim Johnson rocked Magnet 360′s core values by continuously delivering excellent service to all of his team members and customers. Tim has consistently raised issues in a timely manner, is constantly evolving to learn more about how he can contribute to his team, and takes ownership by being prepared and ready for every customer demo. Aside from his dedication and hard work Tim also has an amazing attitude when approaching any opportunity or challenge. Learn more about Tim and what he is passionate about:

Magnet 360: How long have you worked for Magnet 360?
Tim: I joined the team in August of 2013.

Magnet 360: What has been your most memorable Magnet 360 moment?
Tim: The first time a client raved about our work on a mobile app. She rated the meeting an 11 out of 10 and said, “For me, this is basically a ‘Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah’s couch’ kind of moment!” Our teams always take pride in what we create, but it’s incredibly affirming to see and hear the excitement our work inspires within demos.

Magnet 360: What do you consider the most rewarding part of your career?
Tim: There are two things that come in at a tie. I adore having the opportunity to learn for a living, but I’ve also found it equally rewarding to work alongside some of the best, brightest and funniest people I know.

Magnet 360: If you have to give your department a band name, what would it be?
Tim: Luckily, we already have a live band: ‘The Magnetics’

Magnet 360: If you could take the whole company on vacation, where would you take us?
Tim: If it were up to me, we would all probably go skydiving in California!
